1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only in cases of damage or defect upon delivery.
- To qualify, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear photos of the issue.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
- Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are natural in handcrafted resin art and do not qualify as defects.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- In case of replacement, a new item will be shipped at no additional cost.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
